1. Starting grid (application):
The lights go out and qualifying gets underway. To make a positive impression and make it to pole position, you’ll need a meaningful cover letter, a clearly structured CV and appropriate references. First impressions are crucial – they lay the foundations for your success.

2. Niki Lauda Turn (selection process):
After the start comes the first challenge – Turn 1, the Niki Lauda Turn, which requires precision and skill. Because we don’t receive all the applications at once, it can take one or two weeks before you receive a response. If it’s going to take longer, we’ll let you know and ask for your patience.

3. Turn 3 (initial conversation):
The drive into Turn 3 requires proficiency and stamina, just like the initial conversation. If we want to get to know you better, we’ll arrange a phone appointment with you. At the same time, we’ll let you know who will be present on the call.

4. Rauch Turn (interview preparation):
The Rauch Turn demands strategic thinking and the perfect line. Prepare yourself well for the interview by learning more about our company and the job. Good conversation skills and an authentic presence are just as important as your professional qualifications.

5. Turn 6 (asking questions):
After catching your breath in Turn 5, Turn 6 is a long right-hand bend that requires courage and determination. The application process isn’t a one-way street. Don’t hesitate to ask us questions, for example about your expectations of us and the job. Your expectations are just as important to us as our requirements for you.

6. Graz Turn (trial day/assessment centre):
After the initial conversation, you’ll have to tackle the Graz Turn. It’s a right-hand bend that shows whether you’re going to stay in the race. You can prove your skills on a trial day or at an assessment centre. This will make it clear whether you have the potential to enhance our team.

7. Jochen Rindt Turn (next steps):
If you’ve successfully mastered all the turns so far without ending up in the gravel, you’ll come to the Jochen Rindt Turn, which marks the start of the sprint to the finish. The duration of the selection process varies depending on the position and department.

8. Turn 10 (job offer):
Turn 10 is the last bend, meaning it is also the last obstacle before the home straight. You’ll receive an offer from us that contains all of the important details on the position and conditions. It’s now over to you to accept the offer and turn onto the finishing straight.
