F1 Fan Zone & Steiermark Village: Experiences off the race track

Motorsport fans can expect a full programme of entertainment in two dedicated fan zones.

In the middle of the first triple-header of the season between Barcelona and Silverstone, the big show of the premier motorsport class will take place at the Red Bull Ring this weekend. The official F1 Fan Zone in the area behind Turn 1 (Niki Lauda Kurve) will be home to a whole host of entertainment options across the entire racing weekend. DJ acts including  Yarden Saxophone, Fedde Le Grand, Fast Boy, MORTEN and Toby Romeo will ensure heart rates remain high off the race track, while more traditional music performances will be held in the Steiermark Village opposite the Welcome Center. Among other things, “Die Aufgeiger” and “Pagger Buam” will be on stage.

Get ready for a jam-packed programme – and not just on the main event stages in each of the Fan Zones. In the F1 Fan Zone and the Steiermark Village, you’ll find exciting challenges such as

  • F1® Sim Racing
  • F1® LED Pit Stop Challenge
  • F1® Driver Selfie
  • Virtual Pit Tours

If you’ve ever wanted to stand in a Formula 1 wind tunnel, be sure to stop by the F1® Blast Lane. In addition, you’ll be able to do a bungy jump from a height of 65 metres and feel the ultimate adrenaline rush.
