All of us here at the Red Bull Ring are ready, but what about you? If you fall into the ‘spontaneous’ category and prefer to turn up for the 2024 Austrian Motorcycle Grand Prix on the day, then please note that the ticket offices are open from 12:00 noon. The main box office is located in front of the entrance to the Red Bull Ring, and a second ticket office is located at the entrance to MotoGP Bike City at the western end of the race circuit. Please note that tickets sales on the day are subject to availability.

Today being Thursday, you are more or less guaranteed a stress-free journey by road to the Red Bull Ring. Whether you’re coming on two wheels or four, your designated parking area is P4. This is also where you will find the biker cloakroom, where you can leave your motorbike clothing as well as larger bags which are not permitted in the grandstands. (A fee is payable*)
From Friday onwards, you should ideally travel by public transport or bike. Checking in at the campsite is possible all day today. LED signs will guide you on the S36 Murtal motorway to optimise your journey.
*Fee: €15/day, €35/weekend, card payments accepted
If you’re one of the lucky ones to have secured a highly coveted starting place, you will already be well informed about the WHEN, the HOW and the WHERE.
If you’re at the Red Bull Ring today and would like to watch the MopedGP as a spectator, you can do so from the open grandstands. As the name suggests, the inaugural Austrian MopedGP will not be featuring any 1000cc bikes, but it will be contested by some high-calibre riders. The hundreds of amateur moped riders will be joined by the likes of Brad Binder, Jack Miller, Marc and Álex Márquez, Augusto Fernández, Pedro Acosta, Jorge Martín and Miguel Oliveira, all tackling the corners with limited horsepower.
The weather god seems to be a MotoGP fan and is ensuring a sunny race weekend. Today you can expect sunshine and temperatures of up to 30 degrees Celsius. Accordingly, the motto is: drink, drink and drink again. There are numerous water dispensers on-site where you can drink water for free. The exact locations can be found in the interactive site map in our Red Bull Ring app.
The official starting signal in MotoGP Bike City, to which all ticket holders have access, will be given at 12:00 noon today. In the Fan Zone directly behind the Niki Lauda Curve (Turn 1), 25-year-old Fabian Mayr – better known as DJ Feybl – will be ramping up the atmosphere on the turntables.
You can indulge in culinary delights at the numerous food stands. All food stands also offer vegetarian dishes. The beverage cups distributed at the Red Bull Ring are part of a comprehensive deposit and reusable cup system.
Please note that only cashless payment is possible at many points on the Red Bull Ring site. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as the Cashless Card. Do you have questions about the Cashless Card? Then find out more here.
From 17:00 to 18:00, the event stage will be given over to the MotoGP stars of tomorrow. The Moto2 and Moto3 riders will be answering questions put to them by Andi Brewi. By the way: Jakob Rosenthaler, a local hero, will be on the grid in Moto3. The 18-year-old from Linz was handed one of the highly desirable wildcards and will be competing for the Liqui Moly Husqvarna Intact GP Team at the Red Bull Ring.
