On Sunday morning the “green carpet” was rolled out again for the pinnacle class of motorsport at the Red Bull Ring. The first fans set off as early as 05:30 to be in the front row and see their favorite drivers up close. Between 08:30 and 11:00 Sergio Pérez, the McLaren duo Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, and Pierre Gasly, among others, marched across the green carpet.
Daniel Ricciardo even wore the right outfit for his appearance. The Australian came in leather trousers and a Styrian hat. The drivers took plenty of time to request autographs and selfies.
